The fearful Afronazgul lives!!!

This is a little conversion made on a D&D plastic miniature (it was a snake tongue cultist if i remember well). i cut off his right hand (he was holding a rather bended staff) and replaced with a armored hand from another miniature.
Then i made a little ball of green stuff and, after it dried, i covered it with sand, and then i painted it with basic colour (and obviously my horrible painting show even more in photo...)
